The noise problem of gearmotors has always been a key research topic at home and abroad, and the main reasons for the noise generation of gearmotors are friction, vibration, and collision of the transmission gears. Therefore, how to effectively reduce and reduce noise to meet environmental requirements has become an important research topic in the current development of gearmotors! After years of research, scholars have proposed methods such as optimizing gear parameters to reduce the noise of reduction motor gears, and facts have shown that these methods can effectively reduce the noise problem of reduction motors.
In the reduction motor family, planetary gear reduction motors are widely used in servo, stepper, DC and other transmission systems due to their small size, high transmission efficiency, wide reduction range, and high accuracy. Its function is mainly used to reduce speed, increase torque, and reduce the load/motor inertia ratio while ensuring precision transmission.
The correct installation and use of planetary gear reduction motors is a significant issue. Only by correctly installing and using planetary gear reduction motors can they maintain good working conditions and lifespan. It can be said that installation and maintenance have a significant impact on the lifespan of gear reduction motors. Below is a brief analysis of the reasons for the broken shaft of the gear reduction motor and drive motor, and an introduction to how to correctly install the planetary reduction motor.
1、 The reason for the shaft breakage problem of the non concentric reducer motor is that the motor and reducer are not concentric during assembly. When the concentricity of the motor and reducer is guaranteed to be very good during assembly, the output shaft of the motor only bears rotational force and runs smoothly. However, when it is not concentric, the radial force that the output shaft needs to bear increases, exceeding the radial force of the output shaft itself, which can cause deformation or even fracture at the input end of the reducer.
2、 The problem of shaft breakage occurs when the output of the reduction motor is too small. Due to the poor concentricity during assembly, the output shaft of the reduction motor is broken. There are several reasons for this: firstly, the incorrect selection resulted in insufficient output of the reduction motor; Secondly, during the acceleration and deceleration process of the reduction motor, if the instantaneous torque borne by the output shaft of the reduction motor exceeds twice its rated value, and this acceleration or deceleration is too frequent, it will ultimately lead to the reduction motor shaft breaking.
3、 The correct installation, use, and maintenance of the deceleration motor are important steps to ensure the normal operation of mechanical equipment.
