Precautions for installing gear reduction motors

When installing and using gear reduction motors, please do not use them outside of the specifications on the gearbox and motor nameplate or product catalog to avoid electric shock, injury, and damage to the device. It is also worth noting that please do not put your fingers or objects into the openings of gears or motors, and do not use problematic gearboxes or motors, as this may cause injury or fire. (Note: Generally speaking, please do not remove the nameplate of the gearbox or motor, and customers cannot modify the product without permission. Any problems caused by your unauthorized modification of the gearbox or motor are not covered by the warranty, and general companies will not bear any responsibility.)
Please be careful not to fall off or tip over when moving the gear reducer motor. The selection of the installation location for the gear reducer motor should not prevent combustible materials or fires from happening next to the installation location. This is because the gear reducer motor generates a large amount of heat during movement, and if there are combustible materials next to it, it is easy to cause combustion and fire. If other items are placed next to the installation location, it will affect the ventilation, cooling, and other issues of the gear reducer motor.
When installing a gear reducer motor, it is necessary to implement the connection with the power supply according to the wiring diagram or user manual to avoid electric shock or fire.
When the gear reduction motor is running, never approach or release rotating objects (shafts, gears, etc.). When there are debris or injuries involved, the power switch should be immediately cut off and dealt with in a timely manner. Also, it should be noted that when a power outage occurs, the power switch should be turned off to prevent injury or damage to the device after the call. Some gear reduction motors are equipped with thermal protectors, which automatically cut off the power supply when the temperature of the motor is abnormal. When the temperature of the motor drops to a certain value, the motor will automatically resume operation.
